Longarm Quilting Policies

Allover patterns:

$0.02 per square inch

Custom Quilting: 

Pricing starts at $0.045 per inch

 Heirloom quilting prices vary based on the amount of quilting, thread color changes, etc.

Please note:  we use water-soluble pens and/or chalk pencils on quilts.

Turnaround Time Varies

Minimum Charge $100

Batting:  You can supply your own, with the exception of Fairfield or Mountain Mist, or we can provide the batting for you.  We stock an extensive selection of Quilter's Dream battings.

If you are supplying your own batting, it will need to be a minimum of 4" larger than your top all the way around.

Backing:  You can supply your own, or you can choose from our variety of wide backings.  We don't mind pieced backing, as long as everything is squared up before you give it to us.  Your backing needs to be a minimum of 4" larger than your top all the way around.

If we have to piece your backing, there is a charge of $10 per seam.

We do not accept quilts that have any embellishments. 

If you put a flange border on a quilt, we will have to baste it down.

Thread Charge:  With all quilts received, there is no additional charge for thread – for the first color.  If you are having a quilt custom quilted and request additional thread colors, they will be at $10 each.

Binding:

Our charge for binding quilts is $0.50 per inch.  (We hand bind.)

You supply binding ready to sew on to quilt.

We only bind quilts that we have longarmed.

Unless prior arrangements are made, we reserve the right to sell unclaimed quilts 60 days after notification of completion as a method of payment.

If you are a customer mailing in your quilt, these additional factors need to be considered:

• If you chose your design from our Facebook, you MUST give us the name of the requested allover design listed with the picture.  We have over 2,000 designs making it very time-consuming to figure out which design you have chosen.
• We will e-mail you a picture of your finished quilt along with the invoice.  Invoice must be paid prior to us return shipping.  Once shipped, we will send you tracking number for your package.
