Longarm Quilting Policies

If you are a customer mailing in your quilt, these additional factors need to be considered:

• If you chose your design from our Facebook, you MUST give us the name of the requested allover design listed with the picture.  We have over 1,000 designs making it very time-consuming to figure out which design you have chosen.
• We will e-mail you a picture of your finished quilt along with the invoice.  Invoice must be paid prior to us return shipping.  Once shipped, we will send you tracking number for your package.
